Article10 Claude Code plugins worth installing
10 free plugins, one line each to install, and what each one is actually for.
Before you start:
- Claude Code. The terminal or desktop version of Claude that can install plugins and run commands in a project folder, not the regular chat window.
- A minute per plugin. Each install is one sentence typed into Claude.
Set It Up
A skill is a markdown file that teaches Claude a specific way of working.
A plugin is a packaged bundle of one or more skills you install through Claude Code’s plugin manager. In practice you don’t need to tell the two apart, you just ask Claude Code to install the thing and it figures out which mechanism to use.
That’s the whole install process for everything below:

Recap
- A plugin is a file Claude reads and follows. Nothing here needs a special command every time you use it once it’s installed.
- Installing one is a single sentence. Tell Claude “install the [name] plugin: [link]” and it handles the rest.
- The real payoff is stacking a few on one task. An SEO audit that feeds a blog post that feeds a social post, cleaned up by Humanizer at the end, is worth more than any one skill alone.
Ten plugins, all free, each one a single sentence to install.
Claude Code without plugins is a smart intern. Claude Code with the right ones installed starts acting like a small, opinionated team.
