The short version

Use the site. Take the files. Build things with them, including for money. Do not resell them as your own product, and do not treat anything here as a guarantee of a result. Everything below is the long version of those four sentences.

Who you are agreeing with

marianna.studio is operated by Marianna Jacob. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not, stop using it — that is the whole enforcement mechanism.

What the site is

A library of free resources: prompts, skills, templates, workflows, write-ups. Plus a waitlist for a community that has not opened yet, and a route to the agency for people who want the work done for them.

The site is provided as it is. Pages change, resources get rewritten, and links to other people’s tools break when they change their products.

What you can do with the resources

Every free resource here comes with the same licence:

• Use it for yourself and inside your own business, including client work you are paid for.
• Edit it, break it apart, rebuild it.
• Do not resell it, repackage it as your own product or lead magnet, or upload it to a paid library.
• Do not present it as your own work when you share it publicly — a credit and a link is enough.

If you want to use something here in a course, a paid community, or a client deliverable that sells the file itself, ask first.

No guarantees, no professional advice

The resources describe what has worked in my own business and in client builds. They are not financial, legal, tax, or employment advice, and nothing here promises an outcome, a revenue figure, or a saved hour. Your business, your tools, your data, your call.

AI tools make mistakes. Prompts and skills on this site produce drafts that need checking before anything goes out or gets automated. Test on something that does not matter first.

The waitlist and the community

Joining the waitlist reserves nothing beyond a place in the queue and an email when the doors open. There is no price and no launch date promised on this site, and either can change before launch.

Once the community opens it runs on a third-party platform with its own terms, payment processing and refund policy. Those terms govern membership, not this page.

What you send me

Anything you submit through a form stays yours: a question, a description of your business, a workflow you are stuck on. I may use it anonymously to shape content or improve a resource, but I will not publish your name, your company, or identifiable details without asking you.

Do not send confidential material, client data, or credentials through a form on this site.

What is mine

The writing, the design, the pixel artwork, the logo, and the structure of this site are mine. The resource licence in section 04 is the only permission granted, and it does not extend to the site itself.

Links to other places

The library links out to other people’s tools, guides and platforms. I link to them because they were useful, not because I control them. What happens on the other side is between you and them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses arising from using this site or anything you build with a resource from it — including lost revenue, lost data, or a workflow that misfires. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, because it cannot.

Changes and governing law

These terms change when the site changes. The date at the top tells you when. They are governed by the law of [jurisdiction]. Disputes go to the courts of [jurisdiction].
